Every Little Bit Helps

First of all I would like to thank you for stopping by. Off to the right you will notice a chip-in meter. Please consider donating $1, $5, etc. toward our adoption funds. We realize that we are the ones who chose adoption, but help us bring our little girl home.

Many have said "What are you trying to do save the world". No, we are just trying to give someone a family who otherwise would not have this opportunity in life. Could you imagine this?

We thank you for your support and hope we will have our little girl home soon.

Thanks for the encouragement on our blog. We married in 1991 too and lived in Rapid City for two years before moving back to our home town. We were there at the same time. Our dearest friends at the time were on the base too. Skeet Shepherd and his wife Lauri. We were not on the base. My husband worked for Al Cornella Refrigeration and I worked at Youth and Family Services in their daycare center. It is wonderful you are adopting again. We think about how soon will we want to after this one goes through but after having two babies (if all goes well) it might be a little while. We are so happy to be in the last 7 weeks of the process. We have about $10,000 to earn for it but have a home equity loan in place. I'm just too tired each day with raising kids and the pregnancy to do any real fundraising but am always thinking of ideas. We are going to try to have a bake sale with my daughter's home made skirts and home canned jam and hopefully donations of baked goods from friends and family. I'm not sure how much something like that will raise but every bit will help. God Bless Your New Journey!

Hi! Thanks for stopping by our blog. We are using www.phoneraiser.com for our used cell phone fundraiser. You basically just ask people to donate their old cell phones. You don't have to pay for shipping or anything. Best wishes to you.
